Colombia Supremo, the king of Colombian coffee’s, is known almost as well for its versatility as it is for its flavors. After developing the perfect medium-roast profile to truly showcase the incredible inherent flavors of the Supremo, we knew that this bean had no boundaries. Through countless trials, and hours of cupping, we were able to pinpoint the precise moment in 2^nd crack where the natural full-bodied traits danced with hints of roast and brown sugar. It was as if the stars had aligned, creating a dark roast that preserved the qualities of its origin.
