Justice Espresso

This is our heavy weight espresso for those desiring a rich, darker roast, with lots of velvety & delicious cream. This roast level has been brought to full Vienna roast, a darker roast, but not the heavy oily sheen of other espressos where they roast the flavor out of their beans and only leave the burnt carbon husks. If you want a great tasting espresso that displays the delicate interplay between flavor and the depth of roast, this is it. The trick is to find the sweet spot between the best expression of flavor from the single origins, and contrast that against the right amount of desirable bittersweet & carbony flavors imparted by the roast level. We feel strongly that we have managed to find that sweet spot between these three specialty grade, single origin coffees whereas we have not burnt up all of the delicious sugars, but brought them to a bittersweet stage that display the right amount of deep dark caramel and chocolate undertones with a great amount of body that gives you plenty of volume. This is an impressive espresso displaying a bittersweet edge and perfect for heavy sugar and milk drinks.
